They have salmon, tuna, mackerel and chicken in many serving styles. Service is great and friendly and dishes taste Yummy!!! So they picked their name well. The soup is the only my wife has liked she does not usually like miso. They have the sweeter Japanese soy sauce which is a plus. Great find on our trip here and so far in our 1 month trip this is one of two places we have come more than once.
